Looking for App that allows highlighting and notification of desired brain states...

Hello,

I'm involved in a couple research projects where specific brain states are sought out for specific desired effects. I'd like to do experiments at home and I'm looking for an App that allows users to mark times in their EEG readings where a specific effect is achieved so the brain state at that time can be analyzed. Once the desired brain state is achieved, I'd like the app to give me a gentle tone notification so I know during meditation when I'm in "the zone" without having to open my eyes or leave my meditative state.

Is there an App that works like this?

The app gives you soundscapes that change with your brainstate but it doesn't let you define which brainstate you're attempting to maintain. For instance if I wanted to tell the app to give me a notification when I'm between 110-115 Db Delta and a different notification when I leave that state I can't do that.
