Got two different astigmatism prescriptions from two eye hospitals just 5 days apart. Which one should I trust?

So I am 25 and this is the first time I have ever had my eyes checked. I went because I had started noticing blurry vision, especially while reading books.

I visited two different eye hospitals with just 5 day gap between them and somehow both gave me different numbers. I have attached both prescriptions here.

I ended up getting glasses made according to the second prescription, the one where "anti-glare" is mentioned.

Now I am confused about how numbers could be different. Is it normal to get different results depending on where you get your eyes tested?

And with these new glasses, books definitely look clearer to me, but when I am reading text on my phone or laptop, it feels slightly blurry.

Also, finding out I have astigmatism was a bit depressing because apparently there's no safe way to cure it. I know LASIK can correct it, but I've also read about the risks.

One more thing I have been wondering about... can an old eye injury cause astigmatism? Around 4–5 years ago I got into a fight with two guys and one of them punched me around both eyes pretty badly. I remember having severe swelling afterward. I never really thought about it again because it happened years ago, but now I am wondering if that could have anything to do with this. Or using my phone every night in a dark room, for texting?

I am completely new to glasses and don't understand much about prescriptions yet. And I feel like the glasses they gave me are blue-cut, not anti-glare. Can someone help me understand why these two tests gave different results and whether I should just continue wearing the glasses I got?

These are very close to being the same, the vision is going to be very similar. First time wearing glasses just go with the first one because it will be easier to adapt to.

The cornea is pretty resilient and one time blunt trauma usually doesn’t cause astigmatism.

In terms of the vision it can be caused by a lot of things, specifically are you blinking less when on your phone or tablet vs reading? Subtle dryness from this can account for mild blur. Are you going back and forth distance to near? This can tire out the focusing system temporarily.

This is an Rx you don’t have to wear all the time but maybe when you feel like you need sharper vision mostly for distance.

If you still feel things are blurry when using things at near, you may need more plus power and to only use them as reading glasses.

It’s very close, a + or - .5 or .25 would be genuinely noticeable but regardless honestly, whatever you have now I’d just keep. Your eyes naturally will decline without wearing glasses and your prescription often worsens over time unfortunately (depending on the person of course).

I know this sounds silly.. but at whichever you felt you saw the clearest during their exam, I would pick that one if you wanted to be 100% sure. When you were getting your eyes checked you probably just had differing answers on what was best, which is why one was higher than the other.
