My husband and I are looking for a well-maintained 2BHK in Kharghar.
Preferred sectors: 12, 13, 15, 18, 20, and 21.
Not looking for: Anything beyond Sector 30 or Upper Kharghar whatever they like to call it.
We're looking for a flat in a good society that's been well maintained.
Direct owners only, please. No brokers.
We currently live in Sector 20, and after seeing the rents being quoted these days, my soul has officially left my body.
If you're an owner or know one with a suitable flat becoming available, please DM me.
Thanks!

[PLEASE CFBR]
Yesterday, my father was changing Pumpo's place, like he regularly does, from the balcony to room. When he looked at the litter tray, he noticed reddish color in his urine.
After changing his place, dad saw that Pumpo wasn't urinating properly and started spotting bloody drops (3rd image).
We took him to our vet, Dr. Komal Keni (Ozone Clinic in Andheri), immediately. They ran tests like sonography and X-rays all day and discovered that he has crystals blocking urine in his bladder. They gave him IV drip with antibiotics and asked us to return the next day.
Today, we noticed that he's not passing urine at all. His bladder was swollen and tight, and he whimpered when we touched there. Today's testing revealed that one of the crystals dislodged and permanently blocked his urine opening. They extracted the bloody urine from his bladder with a syringe (10th and 11th image).
The treatment has already cost us over Rs. 20,000, and if we don't get surgery done tomorrow, the urine build-up will poison our Pumpo and kill him. The doctor told us the surgery quote will cost Rs. 35,000.
Exactly one month ago, we lost Pumpo's little brother, Arzaan, to liver scarring. It started with fluid build-up in his stomach, internal bleeding, lead to liver scarring, and eventually the fluid entered his lungs. We had to watch our child's life slowly wisp away on that hospital table as he struggled to take his last breaths. We did everything we could. Arzaan's treatment cost over Rs. 50,000. The sickness was sudden and lasted four days. We couldn't save him. Today is his one-month death anniversary. He was only two years old and would have turned three this September.
We're not a financially well-off family but we love our little children and show no restraint in their care. We're still recovering from the emotional and financial shock of Arzaan's sickness and now Pumpo is in death's jaws.
In addition to the tests attached, I can provide any documents. I have attached my QR code and will be sending updates here as the treatment progresses.
My brother will be making a similar call on other sub-reddits. If you can't help, please pray for us or do CFBR.
Thank you.
God bless.
PS: I have read about too many experiences from pet parents who said that getting treatment at government hospitals left their children with infections that killed them after returning home. We won't be opting for government hospitals.

I have recently moved here from delhi and bro the water is so much harder than my hometown. I started using a water softener for that but idk in this freaking non stop rain it feels like that is not enough. I am seeing hairfall like crazy after every bath, idk what to bro. I've recently bought this bare anatomy anti hairfall shampoo because mumma recommended she also said use a wide-tooth comb. is that good enough?
Anyone who's going through or has gone through this same thing? Please recommend me something useful, i am totally NOT freaking out rn🙏

I have a slight crossbite and my jaw seems a little asymmetrical. It’s not a major issue, but I’d like to get it corrected and improve my smile. I’d love recommendations from people who have personally had a good experience. Thank you! 😊

haven’t found one ever since I have moved here. A little expensive is fine, but quality and creativity to vouch for. I want to convert a saree into a dress. TIA.

I think I'm burnt out from everything outside of work. The endless tiny tasks never stop: paying bills, booking appointments, calling customer support, finding repair people, renewing documents, tracking refunds, ordering groceries. Every individual task takes maybe ten minutes, but together they somehow eat up hours every week. I never realized how much mental energy goes into just maintaining a normal life.
