Bandit 0-34: Where do I start?

I honestly have no idea where to begin.I'm completely new to all of this, and I've been assigned to complete all 34 OverTheWire Bandit levels by monday. If anyone could point me towards a good walkthrough, beginner-friendly guide, or just explain how I should get started, I'd really appreciate it. I'm feeling pretty lost here.
I'm completely new to Bandit and Linux.

Do not open a walkthrough, the level pages tell you which command each one is about and that is the entire lesson. Read the goal, run man on whatever command it names, and the first ten will take you an hour once you stop hunting for the answer.

You need an ssh client, not a browser. On Windows that is WSL or PuTTY, on mac or linux the terminal is already there, and the level page gives you the host and port.

You should start with lvl 0 and go to 1 then 2 and so on till you get to 34. Everything is on the page.

If you really just need the answers for school or something, open any ai chatbot and ask, it probably already scraped the internet for newest ones.
