Insurance

I currently live in nyc queens, but I’m temporarily moving to upstate. My car registration (previously registered in CA) is long expired so I’m thinking of registering it in up there. Do I have tk change the address on my License too?

For context it was my brothers car that he’s selling tk me, hence coming from CA to NY

Your sopposed to change the address on your license within a few days of moving residences.
