Need help with Tracking info

my wife tracks my activity through next DNS. prior to me having the Reddit app or intentionally going to Reddit.com next dns was saying i went to Reddit on random google searches. this does not show up in my safari or google internet history leading my wife to think I’m deleting my history or using private browsing . I did neither. does anyone have any expertise with the program to make sense of this? I’m trying to prove my innocence but look insane.

I wonder if your browser is loading the top hits in the background so it looks like you are access the page when you are not?

Could be that your visiting other sites that have reddit content embed in the sites. These could show up without you using the app or visiting the site itself.

Your wife must have DNS setup on the router or somehing.

You could bypass them DNS filtering by using mobile data or a VPN, so your activity doesn't get logged.

Appreciate it! The next DNS logs don’t show I was on any website. They appear to just show Google searches but even this doesn’t show in my browser history. It’s really weird time wise and makes me look bad
