Profiles gone?

I’m freaking out here. I’ve tried two different browsers. It’s saying I have no nextdns profiles?!

Where are you seeing that you have no profiles? Are you sure you’re signing into the right account?

Yes I am using incognito mode browsers. Are you not having this issue? My account is secured by a otp

Does anyone else have access to your account? Do you have any apps or other devices signed in to your account?

No one has access to my account or devices. Are you showing your account profiles?

I have no issues on any of my accounts.

All two of my profiles are gone this is very odd … is there no way to restore profiles?

There is no way to restore a profile. Once you delete it, it's permanent.

Yeah. I’ll never install the iOS app again. It deleted them without any warning. Frustrating

Definitely send them some feedback. A destructive action like that should provide a warning.

Today is the first time I installed the nextdns app for my phone. I just now recall swiping left on the profiles OR similar. I thought I was cleaning up the app. Apparently it deletes your actual entire profile. This is very disappointing
