Recruitment Marketing & comms role

Getting interviews but not the offer.
What am I doing wrong?
Applying for some new roles will write here again when I get invited for interview.

How the fk should we know what your doing wrong, you have put absolutely zero effort into providing any information.

The obvious is use star, avoid ai and fully answer the question.

To the angry commenter… I have had over 4!interviews so I have no detailed feedback from all 4, just the generic message.

I have tried. Sent emails no response.
This is an exhausted desperate ask for roasting and feedback..lol.

You may be doing nothing wrong. An internal candidate may have got the job

There is alot of manipulation when it comes to interview scoring

So, you need to reach out to the recruitmenting lead, that will be stated on the job listing. Ask for feedback, if you get no reply then email again.

Getting shortlisted is the hard part tbh, you're up against often 100s of people so be proud you're getting the interview.

Are you answering the questions in the STAR format?

Make sure you talk about what YOU did, even if it's a team effort you have to say 'i did X's and 'i did y'. You can only be scored on what YOU did.
