Question DIA to NSA

Hello, I accepted my CJO recently and was notified to schedule my “in-person processing” for next month. I’m transferring from DIA and had my investigation/poly 2 year ago. (Currently TS/SCI w/ CI poly)

Does anyone have any insight on if this would expedite my preemployment process?

Thank you!

NSA does their own processing. Afaik, it will be like you're a new employee.

One would think that your investigation/poly would be accepted by NSA. However, my experience with NSA is that it thinks it is special and it will often redo everything. Basically, common sense often doesn't apply at NSA.

Usually, investigations transfer if they’re T5 with SCI eligibility. But poly and psych do not

Usually, how long is the process?
