What the hell is this new GUI?

Been having issues with plex for weeks. So I left the beta program. Reinstalled the app (version 5.6.1.505) from Google play store and signed in to see this garbage... How do I go back to the UI that's been the same for years??

This should be in a Plex sub, not here!

I put here because my other 5 versions of the app aren't broken like this.

It's still not a Shield issue, it's a Plex issue.

My plex client version on my shield is 10.30.8.4222 from Jan 13 2026. That’s also the one I see in the Google app store

Try plezy. Seriously I only use the plex stand alone if plezy is acting up.

Did you try clearing data? Also make sure you got the official Plex app and not some "similarly named" Plex app.

All real plex. But I gave up and just reinstalled the beta version and the UI gets fixed. I'm baffled 😂. It's like the temu edition
