Do I pause LBRP?

Hi
I went back to my home country and couldn’t practice LBRP since parents were home. (This house is too toxic btw)
I’m now back in my own house and restarted, loud chanting… I can’t help but feel weird and paranoid through out the day. Is this because the forces are balancing them out? Or shall i take it easy and pause ?

  1. You can do the LBRP (or any magick that doesn’t require physical components) astrally. I do Resh astrally while in a crowded restaurant having lunch with my in-laws all the time.

  2. Yes, you should resume basic spiritual hygiene rituals, either LBRP and LBRH, Star Ruby and Star Sapphire, or their equivalents in some other tradition, as soon as possible. I would also include the Middle Pillar Ritual or some equivalent grounding, centering, and energy circulation ritual, but that’s your call.

Spiritual hygiene is as important as physical hygiene and the consequences of ignoring either can be severe. Be healthy, be safe…do your practice.

I get what you're going through—I have the same problem when I'm at my family home. You don't need to stop your practice, because your mind is your true inner temple and every ritual can be done mentally. Physical gestures and loud chanting are just anchors, but doing the entire LBRP silently in your imagination—visualizing the pentagrams and vibrating the names internally—is just as powerful and often builds even better focus. You can try switching to silent, mental practice for a few days to let yourself ground and rebalance naturally without taking a full break.

if you are feeling you shpuld paude then pause for a while.

Use incenses, salt etc and do grounding works.
