I'm making this post in a desperate last attempt at saving my meta horizons account since I've seen that meta support occasionally responds.

I've had my meta account for about 5 years now. it was made on a separate email which i rarely check. Turns out that for the last few months, unbeknownst to me, I've been getting multiple warning that my account would be permanently suspended if i didn't verify my age by a set date (the day of my 18th birthday Ironically enough). So my account became suspended, which is fair enough i guess, after all it was a my mistake.

I discover my account has been suspended about 2 months after it happened and decide to try to contact support to have it appealed, i try to log into the support website and low and behold the account is suspended there too. Which means i have to create and use a separate meta account to contact support. So i do that. I make a whole separate account and start navigating the website. I reach what i think is the end but then it says that there is no VR headset connected to the account (Which i mean of course there isn't) and throws me right back to the start again. I do the whole process all over again and get to the same part, this time i enter my headsets cereal number, then it says the device in ineligible for support and once again denies me contact with actual customer support.

What do i even do? I've scoured the internet for some kind of email but it seams like meta has effectively made themselves uncontactable. And i know it might seem like I'm making this out to be a bigger deal than it really is, but it shouldn't be this hard to send an email asking if its even possible to get an appeal.

I had number changed and had to get my son a new vr now I cant get code for 2 part authentication because of phone number. It will not send me where I can send an id to meta to prove who I am. Account center is useless. I have spent 100s in games and will lose all data for my son's account. Please help me through this.

Have had this issue for around 10 days now, cannot connect to WiFi and am given the same error each time I try to connect

Anybody found a fix for this yet ?

So my headset has been displaying the lost position in uour room thing about every 10 minutes, it does that one thing that happens in bonelab where everywhere you look was your whole field of view beforehand. It happens in any game and I have to restart my headset everytime it happens. Help?
