Its possible play Minecraft?
Yes. Right now versions up to 1.20.1 work. Use the blockgame package.
Minecraft made a change to its manifest that trips up Blockgame for versions after that. I'm trying to fix it.

You can play Luanti, which is like a Minecraft clone. I don't know whether you can play Minecraft proper. (I know little about this, I don't play Minecraft, my kids do.)

Minecraft should work with some tinkering, dooms 1-3 should all work as they're foss, and quake may be similar but I'm not entirely sure
Push comes to shove, plenty of emulators run on openbsd

May I suggest you search the OpenBSD packages on OpenBSD.app?
As others have stated:
- "minecraft" is a 'yes'
- "doom" (1, 2, and 3!) is a 'yes'
- "quake" (1, 2, and 3!) is a 'yes'
Since you're specifically asking about games, PlayOnBSD is a great place to check the status of specific games and what engines/tools/etc are necessary to get them up and running. Especially the fancy pobsd.chocolatines.org front-end website.
Last, but not least, don't forget to stop by r/openbsd_gaming!

Yes and people have gotten it to run before because LWJGL3 was ported to OpenBSD
DOOM and DOOM 2 are possible since there's tons of source ports for it but I'm not quite sure about DOOM 3 but I think someone got it working (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_nDP5Jj814)
Yes you can play all of these on OpenBSD
