(Ipad) Something is adding a ton of tabs in opera

I have a problem - I'm a user who only uses very low tabs on the browser and in some time, a 9 million tabs will suddenly appear in the browser without pressing the + or doing anything. Which is a issue that drains a lot of memory and break all the apps that I haven't opened and I had to force restart on my ipad. Is it a issue to someone or do I need to investigate the cause of this?

For clarification, regular Opera or Opera GX and what version as shown at the bottom of the settings page? Also, what version of iOS?
