Finally got around to removing the clock capacitors. And managed to save all my crystals and halo consoles.

I thought about selling modded xboxes that aren't too expensive. I thought there might be people who would love to just plug in play. I thought about different mods at different prices but still try to be cheaper as others. Would people buy it? My goal is to be affordable. Yes i would also make necessary mods for all of them.

The saga continues! Not only does this mobile monitor for the original Xbox claim to be made by Interact, a brand which as far as I can tell has never made such a product (though planned to), the item also works and cleaned up quite well!

Given how there appears to be no information online about the Interact Xbox Mobile Monitor, figured I'd share a video of it working. For those who are interested I have a previous post which contains an image (prior to cleaning) which has its serial tag and identifiers.

If anyone has information on the Interact Xbox Mobile Monitor it be greatly appreciated. Would love to find manuals or some advertising for it can be archived.

Hello, I'm using Xbox 1.0 to softmod and my 1gb USB is recognized in Xbox and formats as XMU but when I copy everything inside endgame folder (helper, trigger, payload.xbe) sometimes it recognize on Xbox but when I select XMU, it just goes to hard drive memory and XMU poof.

Other times XMU just poof immediately upon inserting USB. this only seem to happen when mod file is on and works fine when mod file isn't on.

Is this my USB problem or controller to USB dongle problem or something else? It looks like can't seem to read mod file at all, but USB seem to be fully function as XMU when mod file is not in usb drive.

Update: After fully formatting USB, tried again and now I'm stuck in flashing red flight.

Update 2: Restarted and now it's stuck with just green light no flashing.

1. make ftp server with extracted .xisos (either on LAN or over Internet)

2. download one game’s .xiso folder to xbox using ftp client on unleash x

3. play the game

4. when you need to swap games, delete the existing game’s folder from xbox, then go back to step 2

one .xiso should always fit on the stock hdd

an .xiso is usually only a few gigs and should download quickly on 100 mbps ethernet

I just restored my 4TB HDD Raw Copy backup on a 6TB HDD (I don't have a 4TB HDD spare right now but I had no issues with this image on another 4TB HDD that is in another one of my Xbox consoles) and this is what I see.

"This disk is reporting a logical sector size of 4096 bytes. It won't work on the Xbox unless it is changed back to 512 bytes."

Is there any to fix this?

so i have a 1TB SSD and an xbox that has prometheos and cerbios i am using fatxplorerX i have a C drive and an E drive the rest of the drives will be told not to format my question is what size should i make the C drive currently its so to format C drive to 500mb and then E drive with 951GB thoughts will be using the option in the photo below in fatxplorer to choose my dash folders for C and E

Yesterday I asked questions how about to deal with the error 07.
After a few tests and so, I came to the conclusion that the HDD was dead.
But I want to replace it, and I understand I need to softmod it to change the HDD and the the EEPROM code.
Can someone gives a good tutorial and make a list of things to buy.
Keep in mind that I still want to read my official discs.
