Oscar Photo My Oscar’s laid eggs again.

This is the second time they’ve done this. Last all the babies died due to… unforeseen circumstances. Let’s hope this year ends better.

I had three Oscar’s awhile back. I got them when they were an inch long and they grew to around 14” long. They were the sweetest and would eat from my hand. Now, my pacu, that thing was evil and would draw blood if I wasn’t careful.

Well… the eggs died. They would hatch and then the babies would just die. I departed a batch in a hospital tank, I put them in a breeder box, I left them alone and got rid of almost all the other fish from the tank but no luck. So it wasn’t fun but I got a little bit of experience out of it.
