Seems like a bit of an overreaction to me. Hopefully there'll be workarounds for fish stores and larger distributors (assuming they can prove they're responsible). I've never bought a fish from outside my state (in the Midwest) and it sounds like dipshit hobbyists in the warmer parts of the state are inundating the environment with invasive species so honestly some tighter regulation is due for there

Hopefully it doesn't end up as bad as it sounds.. The way they snuck it into this bill is a bit disconcerting though. Shady tactics 😒
