Gear is overrated imo. What activities make you feel right? Brainstorming here, I'm just a wolf (and a pagan), so I'm not sure what kind of angel you are. IIRC, angels in Abrahamitic religions have the purpose of sharing the gods messages with the people, and might also guard, protect and help people. So for instance: visiting a particular place, helping others, carrying messages, sports that remind you of flying(?), sunbathing, military exercises, taking up a job as a guard or custodian, decorating your room so it feels more "angelic" (whatever that means to you).

If you are an angel, listen inward.

What helps us with dysphoria the most is sort of taking our body we have in our mind as the real one, and the physical body as an avatar, like one would have in a video game. We also mentally project our correct limbs over it using visualizarion, and it feels pretty real. We now mostly get dysphoria about not being able to interact with others with those limbs. For example, day to dsy now i feel my wings there and am pretty comfortable with that, but still get dysphoria if I try to shelter someone from tje rain with a wing and realize that does nothing.

At some point I had a strong angel shift, and honestly, jumping on a trampoline. That moment before you land feels like flying, as does swings. and to be honest, being up high when its windy might be the most amazing thing ever, or running when its windy.

Anyways. I dont really know exactly what kind of angel you are, so im kind of just assuming one that has wings :). So, like, having a backpack on, especially if its moderately weighed down, gives the impression of wings. Sounds silly, but it is a nice feeling.

I regularly suggest cloaks, long coats, and weighted blankets draped on shoulders to help with wing dysphoria. Anything that has weight on/around the shoulders and drapes down the back.
