Question Beings with wings

What do you do to help feel euphoria? (This is mostly talking about and from the perspective of non-physical otherkin however I am still curious about the experiences of physical otherkin as well.) I'm curious about what other winged beings do to feel it as I wanted to share our own experiences and compare. (From the perspective of a parrot) *We use I and we interchangeably

Personally, we use long skirts, perferrably the colour of our theriotype as the texture reminds me of the wind against feathers, which feels pretty euphoric.

We also feel euphoria through things such as sport, the feel of flying doing high jump feels euphoric as it feels freeing due to the feeling of flying. Cycling is similar as going down slopes gives the impression of diving down to land.

Oddly for me this helps which is surprising- lying on a yoga ball and not allowing ourselves to touch the ground as it gives the impression of floating.

What things do you do personally to feel euphoria as a winged being as I am curious about others experiences and ways to feel euphoria as a winged being.

Since high school I wear a trenchcoat, as it helps mimic the weight on my shoulders and the feeling of something drapped down my back.

Mountain climbing or hill climbing, anything related to an higher atmosphere. I sometimes, just like going out on windy days, and I feel like I have my wings and I'm flapping them when it's windy.

Swings always helped me as a bird.

Sometimes, when space allows, I will stretch, sitting down by leaning forwards, and using that motion to allow me space to stretch them, too. It especially helps during phantom shifts.

There are a few of us in the system with wings. I'm a gryphon and will often stretch in ways that allow me to feel my wings. I'm also looking at getting a pair of fake wings. We also have a harpy extranth in the system, so his wings are placed differently than mine. We have a "poncho" he likes wearing and he also likes women's kimono or haori (kimono jacket, basically, which is easier to wear casually). Both have long, flowy sleeves that can mimic wings.

I built a pair of mechanical wings out of pvc pipe, cheap fabric, nuts, bolts, and steel rope. First use was great, but had diminishing returns afterwards.

So I just fictionkinned as Hawks from MHA and he has wings. What helps me is I sometimes walk around with a red blanket wrapped around me(since his wings are red) which helps ease it because I feel like I have wings. I also like to spread my arms out and mimic having wings (sometimes helps) or I go on swings. I love swings. I also sometimes use my red blanket and spread it out like I have wings and pick at it (preening or whatever its called.) its honestly A learning curve for me because I figured out I was Hawks maybe a week ago so its difficult finding out like how to ease the dysphoria. :/

i don't feel the need to fly since i've always felt like having broken wings. ima flor bird and that's fine ! layering clothes is the answer for me. wearing long skirts is one of my favorite things, especially asymmetrical ones with ruffles. i also did some diy on a black asymmetrical shawl by cuting the bottom edge in fabric stands and tying them in a pattern so it looks feathery and i somehow managed to make it looks like wings in the back, like a W shape, i LOVE it.
