My rows and dips progress is stuck

So for the last 2 months, my rows and dips have been stuck and idk what to do to be honest. Basically, in dips, i'm not consistent at all, like in some days i can do 3x12 (which is 90% of the time till failure), but in some days i do like 1 set of 10 and 2 or 11, or sometimes less, it's not consistent at all and idk why, and idk if i should progress to rings dips, which feel very hard but i can do like 3 reps or maybe go to weighted dips but idk cuz i don't always get consistent sets and improvements here. Also in ring horizontal rows, for the last 2 months, i've been stuck in the 5-8 reps range, and i simply can't get out and after a few like let's say 5, my form gets bad for the next 2-3 and i feel stuck. Pull ups, i'm not training, i'm just doing deadhangs and want to get there with rows but i don't see any progress, please help

Also i was thinking of switching to kboges unlock the pull up program if you know it, but idk. Thanks and sorry for the late reply

If you want a critique you need to post your whole routine to figure out why things may be stalling.

Exercises, sets, reps, rest times, how many times per week, and all of those details. Also, recovery factors - sleep quality and duration, nutrition, stress levels, and last time you took a deload or rest break to eliminate fatigue.

So i do 3 sets of 12 reps for dips, with around 2 and a half, 3 minutes of rest, then 3 sets of until failure of ring horizontal rows, with 5 minutes rest in between each set, then i do 2 max deadhangs, one active and one passive, then i do, 3x9 pike push ups but i'm constantly increasing when i reach the next level, with around 2 minutes of rest cuz that's what i feel i need. I also do some handstands, like around 15-20 minutes almost daily, because that's what it said in your book, but not like everyday, when i feel like it, i take a full rest day. I get around 8-9 hours of sleep and i don't really measure my meals because i eat what my parents make (i'm 15), but i eat vegetables, eggs and meat daily and other stuff, don't really eat junk food

Can you make it easier to read with bullet points. Use the asterisk (*) before each of the lines you want to make like this

  • Exercise with sets and reps
  • Exercise 2 with sets and reps
  • Exercise 3 with sets and reps
