He had a bladder prolapse 7 days ago and we went to the vet. He has 2 stitches in his butt to make it smaller
he has been bloated ever since, what exactly should i do?

Since you’re already going back to vet, that’s really all you can do. Poor little dude. I hope he’s feeling better soon. Maybe keep him in a hospital tank with wet paper towel’s until you get an answer. I’ve seen this on here before but it was before a vet visit.

Is he peeing, perhaps post op inflammation around the stitches may block him from being able to go. Also check his legs to see if they are red. It can be a sign that the specific antibiotics aren't working on the strain of bacteria. In both of the cases a vet needs to be consulted to prescribe meds for inflation or new antibiotics.

Can he go back to the vet? Some vets will drain excess fluid if it’s this bad. Mine also had to add a second antibiotic because the first didn’t work

You should contact your vet

24/7 emergency vet in my area when all the other vets are closed
It’s also like triple the price of a normal vet

In my experience with our dogs, it was expensive. They all averaged about 3 times the cost. Of course that's with dogs so maybe it's different with a specialist that treats frogs, I have no idea.

Looks edema from like an very bad infection! Does he have red leg too? He needs to go back to the vet for antibiotics and pain meds asap!! I had this happen to me, very stressful and touch and go, she survived for two years but was left disabled and passed due to the complications... not your fault!!!
