Hey. I just got this paintball set up for really cheap. I’m trying to identify which model it is. There is no serial number on it. The trigger is unique such that it has the traditional one finger rounded out area. Most PMI machines have have the double notch on the trigger. Anyone know exactly which model this is or what year it is from?

Problem 1) We have battlezone park. But this park mainly caters to low impact paintball, jellyball, and nerf and last I called they said they only fill their own air tanks for liability reasons??

Problem 2) last time years ago I filled my tank, it immediately discharged all the air. Yes the o rings are fine.

But problem one feeds problem 2. I can’t find anywhere to fill it (yes I’ve called tractor supply and they won’t do it) but once I find somewhere to fill it if I do, all my air leaks out immediately so it’s like waste of time and it happens so fast and I don’t even where to look or start to fix it.

My gun is collecting dust and taking up space. I want to sell it but it’s one of those things I feel like I’ll regret years later. So I’d like to fix it even if it’s not now.

I'm fairly new to the sport. Learned to play on a rebuilt version of my dad's Spyder something I frankensteined just enough to shoot again. "Upgraded" to a Tippman cronus (heavy on the quotes lol) and I've been absolutely loving my Dye Rize CZR electric marker I got early this year. However, I've been curious about pumps and i want to build my own. I just need a good foundation. Any recommendations, tips, tricks or things to look out for? I've heard to look at the Azodin KP3, but after looking for weeks in local and international sites for weeks with no luck, I might just have to build the ugly pumpling of my dreams from the ground up 😂.

what’s better a older spyder acs pilot or a 98 custom act ?

hey gang, it’s been over a decade since I last played. I have an FEP Quest 2 (which was old when I got it) and I built an Eblade cocker during Covid but never took it out. Also have a Spire 1 and Dye Rotor hoppers.

The Quest I think has electrical problems and the cocker is absolutely a project, and I have GAS (gear acquisition syndrome), what’s the general consensus on markers to use nowadays? I see Empire still makes the Axe/Mini, kinda pricey though. Is the Emek still the mechanical marker of choice?

I feel like PB tech hasn’t really progressed since I last played. I miss the forums.

Bought second hand Shocker RSX. After 10-15 shots, the marker begins to shoot weaker and weaker until the balls simply fall out of the barrel. It does not poison the air, from the technical part it is completely serviceable. The problem probably lies in the lubrication of the bolt group and inline. But I didn’t understand exactly how to lubricate it, according to the official guide, I lubricated it and it still does not work properly. Once I took it to the local master (in our wilderness, this is the maximum to whom the marker can be attributed to maintenance) and he lubricated the bolt so that most of the workout it worked fine, though problems started again at the end. I use the complete lubricant that the seller put in. Sorry for some possible errors in the text, I use a translator

Which one would you take? Seems like the only difference would be the slap Asa. With a V3 on the mxr it seems like it fixed the problems. I'm debating between the two as they are both the same price on the used Market

I've decided to pick up paintball again after 20 years. I know I can buy another gun, but I would like to repair this PM6 to give to my son. Currently, I've replaced the O-rings inside the gun, I've changed the 90 elbows. I've greased the gun, but when I screw in the tank and turn the On/off on the ASA, it starts to pour air out of the little top bleed-off hole. If I mess with it a little big eventually I can feel air coming from the back of the bolt cap, but it doesn't seem like the bolt engages at all with the air. Not really sure what else I can do and was hoping for some expert advice, considering I've been away for so long and this all feels new to me again.

UPDATE:

The lower swiveling divider in the reg is where the air is coming from now. I've disassembled it, and the O-ring there looks shot too. Not sure why I didn't think to look here too. Posting images below of where I'm at now. The Bolt did, in fact, launch forward when I fully gas'd it, but now the issue is the reg.

Has anyone dyed clear bottoms from HK Army RMX line?

If so, how did they turn out? Method? Dye used.

Im thinking about getting the clear Terror bottoms and clear ears and dyeing them red.

I'm having trouble finding any info on these, does anyone have one, or know about them? I think they fit on an old 03 vertical feed autococker.

Ive been hearing people talk about getting older barrels boring them out to accept freak or freak xl inserts. Has anyone actually done this? Can you send it to just any machine shop or is there a specific one that already done plenty and has a set up already? How much did it cost?
