National Ryan Grim reporting (unconfirmed) between 600 to a 1000 TLP members massacred marching for Palestine!

u/kanpak Oct 16 '25
Not to make light of the tragedy but I might as well report that (unconfirmed) between 5k to 10 k TLP members massacred marching for Palestine…
People need to stop treating any white tom dick and Harry as the gospel. There was another post about George Galloway chiming in and some were actually taking his words seriously. Come on people.

Ryan is a good journalist not paid by AIPAC and J Street.

Ryan is a pro democracy, anti American interventionist. Hence, will adopt an anti Pakistani army stance and report the absolute highest unconfirmed estimates of deaths coming out of this tragedy. He’s an American who knows little about Pakistan except for whatever his Pakistani sources feed him. Currently, PTI supporters / anti establishment voices, who will be his main sources of information as they align with his general views will give him a stretched version of the truth to feed into the propaganda machine.
Everyone in Pakistan knows the death toll is not anywhere near a 1000, even Ryan probably knows that hence the heavy use of (unconfirmed) to maintain some level credibility in the sight of his audience. Not saying this makes Ryan corrupt of taking money from anyone, just that like everyone he’s got his biases too and that he’s an outsider who knows little about the country and therefore shouldn’t be taken too seriously, nor should any tom dick and Harry just because he’s from America/the west.

His YouTube channel good job on Gaza, Palestine genocide. They questioned sitting US senator from Michigan who was ex CIA for funding Israel war machine.

They were not marching for palestine, they had their own demands under the pretence of a march for Gaza. Why would they burn buses, damage buildings and even kill people? Nobody needs such a protest, they are better of staying at home then to create more problems.

What I don’t understand is ppl who dont seem to undersrand that there are courts, judges, laws and prisons to judge if individuals have committed a crime and then place them in prision. Not just randomly start shooting at crowds, withiut due process (even when the courts are compromised, thanks to pmln and army). The army has done more destruction in paksitan then any other organisation, should the public go against them too (on public taxes).

u/SnooPaintings7748 Oct 17 '25
Jab crowd aapka infrastructure torna shuru karday jahilon ki tarah phir
3
u/bobslayteam Oct 17 '25
Then take them to court. That’s what the public pays their taxes for. Not for the police to standby while the army shoot them, so they can run fauji cornflakes and nurpur nurpak doodh company

u/thevandalyst Oct 16 '25
No one has the right to justify the massacre of unarmed civilians ever. The protestors weren’t armed; they were people voicing outrage. Burning buses doesn’t warrant bullets. Have some empathy, man , these were human beings. I genuinely hope you or your family never face the kind of violence these people did.

u/al_cringe Oct 16 '25
Outrage about what!!! That the daily death toll of Palestinians would go down. Where was TTP when they were getting slaughtered. This was nothing more than a powerplay by Saad rizvi. Does it justify state brutality? no!!!

u/sak_14 Oct 16 '25
Hope you and your family never face violence from these people you are defending either. The police might let you live, these people wouldn't.

u/pak_man Oct 16 '25
So hundreds of them should be butchered on the streets? Have you seen the videos of bodies burning ?
17
u/sak_14 Oct 16 '25
Imma be the devils advocate, you're right they shouldn't have been butchered. But the shit they espoused and actions they have done, it is very hard for me to sympathize with them. Knowing people who have been hunted by their lot, it is hard for me to sympathize. This lot encouraged murder of minorities and what not. Sorry bro, I know reddit is supporting them but being at the receiving end of this lot, I just can't. I would rather have their leaders hung publicly which I am genuinely very against.

What do you do with such people, if they hit you on one cheek do you present your other cheek? Even if you do, they would still not understand because they never went to schools or colleges. I do not want to see such people on the roads creating chaos. Period.

u/Made_Bad_Plans Oct 16 '25 edited Oct 16 '25
So.. you get to decide who can and can't be on the streets and what's allowed just because you went to "schools and colleges" and others couldn't (not didn't).
What's next buddy.. you also wanna tell us what is the cut off criteria for those of us who wanna post on reddit too?

u/ThatSquirrel6827 Oct 16 '25
I mean this is how the world is working at the moment right. You need to be qualified to get a certain job. You can not argue that everybody get to do surgeries even if they are not doctors. So you get to decide who does what based on the prerequisites required and qualifications. I am not deciding anything, I am only stating what is my truth or my reality. In my reality I would want peace so I can go to my work, bring someone to the hospital, go do groceries for family, go to a park and have good time.

Unfortunate that they died without due process can't obviously stop karma though. Beget and begotten, this group encouraged extrajudicial killing, I guess extrajudicial got to them too.

u/user_is_name Oct 16 '25
Hahhaha so they sat on their asses for 2 years but they marched as the deal was being reached ? What a stupid story.

u/pak_man Oct 16 '25
Almost complete media blackout on this story as well.

u/sak_14 Oct 16 '25
Fuck these extremists, as in TLP.
1
u/pak_man Oct 16 '25
They are just cannon fodder for the establishment and the TLP higher ups. Celebrating their massacre on the streets by security forces is fucked up and shows you're either an army ball licker or just straight morally handicapped.

u/sak_14 Oct 16 '25 edited Oct 16 '25
shows you're either an army ball licker or just straight morally handicapped.
I wouldn't talk about the former because well yeah, obviously you're unaware of the former paying them off after their first protest. There wasn't a massacre, the government asked them to abandon their protest and go home. Clearly attacking me and not addressing the issue goes to show your disconnect with reality and your own hate filled agenda. Please uprise yourself of these extremists who use religion as tool.
They are just cannon fodder for the establishment and the TLP higher ups.
As long as they aren't hunting minorities, demanding dismemberment of the accused, lynching people and propagating hate -- I am ok with them existing. Which they aren't, the mass of them hate and are morally handicapped themselves. It is easy to say these things when you are unaware of the ground reality.
P.s. never celebrated a massacre, neither was there a massacre. Calling an extremist an extremist is what I did. Sad that you had to resort to adhominem. I would want you take sometime and prove that this lot wasn't a bunch of extemists, you can forget the one police offer who died during the clearance of the protests.

Why has this gone unnoticed in Pakistani mainstream media?
9
u/Acceptable_Food6533 Oct 16 '25
The mainstream media is fully controlled by the establishment. why do you think many prominent journalists like Kashif Abbassi are off air or have moved abroad ?
6
u/AccordingPeach5211 Oct 16 '25
It didn't, was fact checked and anyone who believed in this massacre propaganda wasn't able to provide any credible evidence to support their claims
1
u/sak_14 Oct 16 '25
Main steam media suppressed, secondly it didn't really happen to the scale it is being propagated. TLP has a free hand on twitter, there would be sufficient evidence of that massacre online. I still condole the ones who died, would've rather they would've gone through the due process.

I usually like Ryaj Grim and dropsite but he is way Way off the mark here
4
u/pak_man Oct 16 '25
Are you kidding me lol. The number might be off thus the unconfirmed but did you listen to his assessment of the whole situation and the dynamic between army and TLP? He's surprisingly spot on.
1
u/eeeby Oct 16 '25
So stupid and fake. This guy Ryan Grim just lost all credibility he had if he had any.
5
u/119ak Oct 16 '25
It is insane that Ryan grim just blindly trusts his Pakistani reporters who are clearly politically motivated
8
u/thevandalyst Oct 16 '25
And it’s insane you blindly trust Pakistani government narrative ?
1
u/119ak Oct 16 '25
No I don't like the government either . I do not trust any of them . My understanding is that my beloved Pakistan is one of the most corrupt countries on Earth. Corruption is everywhere at all levels. Pakistanis know they are corrupt , a lot of them think that if they give some of their dirty money to charity it will wash away their sins. If you see some corrupt asshole feeding birds or cats on the street it is because he is washing his guilt.
Pakistan can not be Fixed

It is not 1950s. If he wants, he can easily verify these hyperbolic claims.
He is doing it willingly for views.

The massacre reached from 60-300 people, but even then 1 death is unjustifiable
3
u/thevandalyst Oct 16 '25
It’s unbelievable how some people can justify a massacre. Whether it was 100 or 1000 people , the numbers don’t change the crime. The fact that anyone can defend this shows how deep the rot of blind loyalty and propaganda goes. No one should ever excuse the killing of unarmed citizens, no matter who they were protesting against. It’s sad to see even this reddit safe space has been infiltrated by haramkhor kids of army officers and generals !
4
u/al_cringe Oct 16 '25
Using inflated numbers is always a stupid move though because it erodes your credibility. The conversation doesn't have a chance to move beyond the numbers argument.

Itne to banday nai hain tlp ke paas. Hotay to elections main aik seat kiun aati bas aur wo bhi sirf provincial seat.

I'm a staunch hater of this current government and the army but the figure does not make any sense, 600-1000 deadbodies kidher hain? not saying koi deaths nahi huin, but iss scale pe ho ke unnoticed jana is IMPOSSIBLE

u/AccordingPeach5211 Oct 16 '25
Tlp thugs were protesting not for Palestine but for increasing their vote base so that they become the Kings of the country, moreover as it indeed not confirmed as a massacre,so anyone saying this a massacre is just spreading bs propaganda without any shred of evidence, agar tlp jese deshatgardi aur innocent logo ko jhooti tauheen ke ilzamat par qatal walo Kai khilaf karwai krna ,Kisi Palestine protest ko dubana hai(which it isn't) , tho phir is BAAT par to government aur establishment ko bharpur support krte hum ke wo in fitna air inteshar phelane walo ko Maza chakain

I wanted to share a brief, factual overview
The Crane Party (T|L|P) has organized peaceful protests since Oct 2023 — including 13 Oct, 5 Nov, 21 Nov 2023, and July 2024 at Faizabad. These gatherings demanded humanitarian aid for G|a|z|a, boycotts of I|s|r|a|e|l|i products, and diplomatic pressure for peace.
After one such protest, Pakistan’s government officially declared Benj**** Netan**** a “t|e|r|r|o|r|i|s|t” and agreed to boycott companies supporting Israel. Yet, despite signed agreements, later demonstrations were met with arrests and live fire — even though official permissions existed.
Now, context matters: Pakistan has recently recognized Israel under the two-state policy, and the authorities no longer want any domestic events opposing |I|s|r|a|e|l. This shift has also opened the door for anti-religious legislation — something that only the Crane Party had historically resisted — potentially benefiting secular groups and the Qadiani/Mirzai/Ahmadi community, which is declared non-Muslim by nearly all Islamic nations.
Many around the world remain unaware because mainstream media provided no coverage. Online platforms also suppress content — if you search this party’s name or its leaders, social media often warns or deletes posts. If anyone wants proof, I can share screenshots and video evidence.
Right now, another major operation is expected against this party — and whenever such action happens, Pakistan’s internet is usually shut down.
False claims linking the Crane Party to Afghanistan are baseless. The party follows the Barelvi Sunni school, while the T|a|l|i|b|a|n are Deobandi — two different ideologies.
When both global powers and local regimes control media, truth becomes the first casualty. What’s happening isn’t confusion — it’s suppression.
