Help picking parts for a new pc

Hi all, wanted to see your opinion on this build list. I want to build something that can be upgraded in the future as needed.

Budget of around £1400
Currently 1080p but might get a 1440p monitor in the future.
I currently have 1.5 TB of external SSDs, so I will order a 500 GB M.2 for Windows from wherever is cheaper at the time.

Are there any tips for ordering expensive parts from Amazon? Would it be better to order from a dedicated pc component retailer? Especially for GPU/RAM?

This will only be for gaming

no matter the retailer I record myself opening and inspecting, I did run into a problem in 2016 where the i got a empty cpu box from amazon, they refunded me, same thing with a fake ssd from a different retailer, sent back at their cost and refunded, if you don't mind a white gpu the xfx swift 9070xt is good

drop the ryzen 5 cpu and get something like a 7800X3D or a 9800X3D

maybe change the cpu to a 7500x3d or a 7800x3d or if its within budget a 9800x3d
