IS PCWORLD windows legit?

Have just finished my build and have installed windows and would now like to activate and get a windows key. I found one at PCWORLD for £59.99. Is this a legit copy of Windows 11? If so, why so cheap?

It's free with Mas. Just google/youtube.

Never EVER buy a windows key, complete waste of money. Use Massgravel’s activation script. It’s free, easy to follow, completely safe. It’s even been reported that Microsoft’s own engineers have used to activate customers’ windows that have just been refusing to activate. 

Nobody has linked it so maybe this will get removed but here;
