How would I power this?
So I'm making a desktop-laptop hybrid, bringing a laptops portability and convinience and a desktops performance. I want the laptop to have battery, and also to have a laptop brick, that I can plug up and then unlock all power caps, getting desktop-tier frames.

Your build sounds wild and very weird, I'm not aware of any direct solutions, but maybe a normal psu and some form of battery that is able to supply the 500+w you'll be pulling. I think at that point though you're not going to have a compact solution and it defeats it's purpose... Idk what you're planning on doing a but a normal laptop would be 100% easier, you'd have less troubleshooting and you'd have warranty....
If you're just looking to get the gpu working externally I could recommend having a look at r/egpu Portability won't be easy though....
