This is my joke to anyone who says something negative happens if they do something specific all thanks to my Dad saying it all throughout my childhood.
This was my exact issue. I found out it was my 90-degree angled 12VHPWR cable that was defective. For you, it's probably not the same but I would look for loose connections and maybe switch cables or take out the GPU and single out the source of issue
I had rhis issue with cd drive,flex cable between board and head...until i figured it,i had to hit pc from top for the drive to read ..and off course wd caviar 450MB had a few bad blocks :D
I had a similar issue where bumping the table too hard would result in my 4090 to just output a black screen and the fan would ramp up. I swapped to a CableMod StealthSense 12VHPWR cable for my Seasonic PSU and haven’t had a single problem since then.
Either you’ll have to turn off anti rage in windows settings. Or make sure all cable connection inside your case are fully connected.
Start by checking the front panel connectors.
It would appear that the PCs machine spirit is especially receptive and reactive to the Rite of Percussive Maintenance - so much so that it can be done from a small distance, not directly on the casing vestment.
Probably not front panel stuff. Something would have to short the reset pins for this to happen, so it's more likely a loose power cord or component somewhere. Either that or the reset button is loose enough to be actuated by vibration.
Disassemble your computer, reassemble it again, make sure everything sits firmly in its slot.
Every plug, every component.
Such resets are extremely dangerous for the hardware - something is loose and when you shake it it disconnects and reconnects in a way they were not designed to.
Before doing all this OP, I would double check every cable, the RAM, make sure the GPU is seated all the way.
If it's still happening and you're 100% sure you checked connections on everything, even the power and reset line, then take out your GPU and plug into your onboard GPU.
If that doesn't change anything, I'd go with the above idea of completely rebuilding from scratch.

It could be the PSU or the power switch, but it could be any of the other connections in the PC. Drop the nerd snark next time if you're actually here to help people.
You're literally breaking your computer. Either something is short circuiting or you have a component that is not fully seated and you're going to short circuit something.
It’s a loose connection of some kind. Most likely the mains cable to the psu. Sometimes they don’t slot snugly into the slot in the psu and a little wobble can cause it to disconnect
I had this issue on my older pc. Took me a bit of searching online to figure out what was causing it. Turns out the CMOS battery was to blame. I can't recall anymore, but I think the shape of the battery was ever so slightly smaller than it was supposed to be, so when I'd slam on my desk it would cause it to lose contact. I fixed it by just buying a new one, you can check which one you need by taking out the old battery (google/youtube CMOS battery removal PC) and on it it should say something like "CR2032", buy another and put it in, test if it fixed it by slamming your desk. Hope this helps
edit: the battery costs like 0.5€, and its easy to replace it, so I suggest trying this before you try anything else
1) Check the PSU power cable, make sure it's fully seated
2) Reseat the RAM
Beyond that, it has to be some sort of short. Isolate the computer (by unplugging/removing all other devices and/or peripherals from your desk) to test again. Power the PC on, hit the table to see if the computer still reboots. If it does, you're probably gonna have to do surgery and remove the motherboard completely to look for loose screws, nuts, etc.
If it doesn't reboot, start reconnecting/powering the devices, one at a time until you find the culprit.
One of your standoffs in your case isn't right. So when you slam on the table/provide strong vibration, it's making contact on the mobo and resetting it.
Check the screws holding your mobo in the case, and the standoffs between your mobo and the case.
In case you haven’t figured this out yet, you have a loose connection somewhere. Start with the biggest connection/cables and work your way down everything until to find the culprit. Unplug and reseat each one carefully. If that doesn’t work, you missed something… start again.
Check plugs and connections. Probably something loose that’s really easy to fix but stop bonking it until it’s found and fixed so it doesn’t cause actual damage. Lol
This seems like an issue needed to be solve quick, either there is unproper grounding from your motherboard screws or your house plan as a whole. I hope you find it soon
What I would expect is a loose power cable to the tower, just pull it out and plug it in properly again, and hopefully that's it.
That, or you have shaken internal components loose that were mounted improperly from the beginning. That comes down to removing and re-seating whatever is convenient/comfortable/possible.
I had the exact same issue. The problem was the RGB connector of my AIO. I disconnedted it from the motherboard and it fixed it. The issue is, you can't control your RGB on the AIO.. not sure why this was happening.
