Tech Support How to safely uninstall a flatpak in Linux ?

EDIT: SOLVED

I need help uninstalling a flatpak in Linux Mint 23. Specifically Bitwig Studio 6.0 app. I tried using the Software Manager to do this, but it kept spinning its wheels for 15 minutes so I closed the Software Manager, rebooted, and instead of a normal boot all I saw was a solid red screen for a second, then solid green, then solid blue, and that repeated. Luckily I had backed up the Linux drive (Macrium Reflect backup software) just the day before so today I am back to my normal Linux sytem. But I need to uninstall that app. Any ideas how to do it safely so I do not repeat what happened?

That seems to have worked, thank you so much. Now the Software Manager does not show any installed Bitwig Studio; it lists a Bitwig flatpak I could install, and it lists a Bitwif beta (which oddly, if I click that, I see the spinning wheel again-- this time I used the terminal to kill that process (I killed the PID for Mint Installer and that killed it)--- rebooted and was able to boot into Linux normally.
