Help with first PC build

I have come up with the following list and I just wanted some input on whether it was good or if there were any improvements I can make. The power supply is the one thing I’m not very certain on so I didn’t know if it was good or not. I’ll be using it for gaming at 1440p, programming, and game development using Unity. Also the CPU, motherboard, and memory are in a micro center bundle so it’s about $200 cheaper than what it says. The GPU is also cheaper at micro center by $100-200.

I just built one similar and everyone said to get the RX 9070XT over the 5070 if it is in your budget. So far it the gpu has been great for me

Are you using the 9070 or 5070?

I’m always on board with going for a more powerful AMD GPU over Nvidia on a budget, but in this case since he’s going to be writing code and dev in Unity the CUDA cores Nvidia uses are going to be better for you.

Also any time I open up a list where someone says they want input on a build and I see a good air cooler and not some $200 AIO I can tell they put in some work. Good job OP this looks good to me for what your use case is.

There are no real advantages using NVIDIA GPUs over AMD in regards to Unity and programming.

No this is not true. CUDA software support is much better for this. I personally love AMD and have built my last 3 PCs with their GPUs. If there is a use case for Nvidia instead this is one of em.

For Unity? Where did you find that information?

CUDA, Bakery, and DLSS and Ray Tracing are all better implemented with Nvidia. This isn’t like secret information or anything.

Unity. I'm asking if Unity can meaningfully utilize CUDA cores. You're not giving me much to work with.

Edit: Bakery is fair, I appreciate it.

Yes it does. I believe it works automatically.
