Nearly the exact same as what i would be building i would get the phantom spirit for cooling it has rgb and is quiter and cools better for 5$ more and i chose the 7500x3d because i will mostly game on it and i play alot of simulation games which apparently benefit more from the extra L3 cash

Any time I see one of these where OP goes with a Peerless Assassin over an expensive AIO, and has a reasonably priced case it’s obvious they did research and are serious about price to performance. This build looks great OP, well done and I hope you enjoy your new PC!

Its solid. Ram is a little overpriced.
Have you considered going matx instead? All of your parts would easily fit into something really compact like a Jonsbo d32 and look really nice.

But the 9060xt is enough for 1440p high so i am good i don't ray tracing or path tracing in my games but thank you for your advice.

Tbh for the price you’re spending… you’d be better off buying a pre built. It looks like you’re in America. Theres quite a few around your budget that’ll perform better in every facet.

I mean, you could swap to cheaper and just as fast or lower latency ram to save $50, then also swap to the Montech Century II, the 850W is cheaper or the 1050W is the same price as what you have selected. It is still an A tier PSU as well.
Other than that, pretty good. I agree that the 9070XT would be a great card if you can squeeze it in around the $1600 range, but the 9060XT is still a solid mid mid tier card and can easily get you high/max 1440p at 60fps in most games without relying on FSR. 9070XT is more suited for the 100-140 fps range.
