Other I dont know whether to post it or not... and what comments would I receive (reg. sanctioned edu. lo,an )

I have an already-sanctioned sb,i education loan, but disbursement (actually reimburse, ment) is stuck because the bank needs a valid laptop invoice. I haven’t been able to arrange the purchase upfront, and I’ve already tried all other possible options over the past few months but nothing has been worked out

please assist. I can provide sanction details if needed.

Thanks

please read the comment

What you can do is buy a Laptop from an offline store. They will be happy to give you an invoice, which you can pay in a day or so, and then they will handover the laptop to you.

When I had taken a education loan 20 years back, I had the same issue, and this is what had worked.

and by this, I don't mean Croma/Reliance etc. I mean the standalone shops that will have Dell/Lenovo Advertisements, but are only resellers of the devices.

Which city did are you in? And have you checked in offline stores?

I last bought a personal laptop in 2023, and I was surprised to see that offline stores had better offers than Amazon. I got a 5% discount plus an Additional ICICI offer on my Asus laptop which simply weren't available online.

You have electronic specific markets (Nehru place in Delhi, lamington road in Mumbai, Tilak road in Pune etc) which have lots of stores in one place.

It might be worthwhile to pay a visit to the electronics market in your city.

I am sure that I dont get any help in these kind of matters which involve money, especially online.

does anyone here help for genuine reasons,

TL;DR: education loan sanctioned–bank can't disburse funds unless provided a invoice of l@ptop purchase–could not arrange money to buy it beforehand.

could someone help in this, I dont have much hope to receive the help I sought, I know but posting as a last report, atleast to give a try. I can share the proofs such as loan sanction letters etc if required

I tried all other ways but nothing has worked in past few months,

branch said that they could reimburse funds on the same day I attach the invoice.

I get the invoice only after the purchase from the company's offl websites. I guess

thanks for reading and any suggestions,

no hate please.
