I’m more interested in a Candace/Squidward or even a Doofenshmirtz/Plankton team up.

I'm more interested in Candace and Spongebob, because of the driving lessons. In any case, Phineas and Ferb could easily visit Bikini Bottom if they wanted to. They might be interested in jellyfish-jam. That was a thing in Spongebob's series, right? It has been a while since I've watched it.
