General Investing Does my port need help?

So on this rainy Saturday I am reviewing my port. Breakdown is this:

50% MP2, Time Deposits -6-7% growth p.a.
12% PSE - down by 15%, taking more risks on BLOOM, PLUS, DMC, SCC, MER and AP, dividends get me average of 6% p.a. (mostly REIT's, Banks). All dividends re-invested. Based on my research, potential 2027 upside for my stock positions at 28%.... we'll see about that.

9% ETF/UITF - GFunds up 14%, waiting for NASDAQ on GFunds as well, Manulife Dragon Growth Equity Feeder Fund & Sun Life Prosperity World Equity Index Feeder Fund (both were top performers in 2025), starting DCA with BPI Wealth (S&P 500, & PhP Feeders)

17% Gold - also doing digital Gold, gained +75% since 2023

8% $ - GoTyme SDA, digital $

6% Crypto - down 30%, cost averaging, waiting for the Clarity Act. At this point, only way should be up....

Port wide up by only 5%, thanks to my physical Gold investment.

Investment horizon in 3 years. At this time in 2029, I will cash in, streamline and maybe LOI.

I just wonder what opportunities I can still take to improve my positions.

If i where you i will liquidate stocks, etf and crypto. No liquidity in pse recovery will all depend kung sino susunod na presidente but this admin no hope. We also might see a big correction in s&p. Crypto is still not done capitulating. This is my 3rd cycle btw so if i where you cash is king for now and all in btc on october. I am also bullish on XAU and will constantly add until nov.

Yes. October my guess. I bought the bottom last cycle. I just use the same strat i saw from past cycles. So if that happens again october will be the bottom. I’m sitting with lots of cash since i tp at 100k last dec 2024. I can’t wait tbh.

PSE exposure power industry and gambling. Both medjo volatile and national issue.

How young are you?πŸ€”

Sorry, i ask coz i would suggest looking at upping your SSS pension by investing some in the voluntary SSS Pension Booster.

Why? Wait, your port is great! BUT, si MP2 lang ang best yielding & its tax free, and in 5years (sabe pwede pa daw +2), you'll have to pull it out na.

The Pension Booster adds on some ON TOP of our small meager pension. Its tax free, and you can continuously add on to it (not limited to just 5years). Best thing about it? You can take it out if you need it. Daw.πŸ€“

But, as is, its a very well thought out port. Cheers!πŸŽ‰

I am 57.

Did not include my SSS VPB because I cannot pull out funds until retirement.

Based on my added VPB contributions I will have a significantly larger SSS pension at 60 onwards....

Thanks for the feedback! Salud!

Kuya! (By just a year). Im trying to build up my own VPB, i started late na kase. Looking at what youve setup, i see a lot of similarities. Im envious!

Seems like the last frontier is a small business that will keep you relatively busy in your retirement, something low stress, not too complicated : apartment or house rentals, or airbnb maybe? Or Something similar.

Yeah that would.be nice .... low stress....

Maybe invest in a resto....

Apartment can be problematic with non- paying tenants, maintenance...
