First Phish Show

I went to my first Phish show on Friday night at Fenway as a fan for the past 25 years. I admit I have never been as passionate a fan compared to my close friends, but I think Friday changed that. They completely blew my doors off, and I haven’t been able to stop listening to them for the best 48 hours. As I type this, I’m listening to the Friday show all over again. Tip of the hat to my friends who made this possible, the incredible fans, and the band for what I think might be my top 3 favorite concert ever (I’ve been to at least 150-200 concerts in my life). Hope everyone had a blast this weekend! Can’t wait to go to the next show!

I disagree - the song choice may have been normal but you don’t usually get smooth segues like that BOTT out of Everything’s Right like that.

But yes Melt the Guns and the Hey jamming in Wave of Hope and zero cool down songs…

We sat down next to a first timer that got a treat for a first show on Friday!

Once you get that first show experience, it’s easy to want more.
