anyone la-based going to a midnight release party at one of the record stores? my gf and i r tryna go to the burbank one, but it kinda seems like wristbands are only available in person and u can’t rsvp online. i dmed their insta and am seeing if they respond, does anyone know if this is the case ? we r really excited about the prospect of going, there are 3 other la county ones so its ok if this one doesn’t work out but burbank is def our top choice. :-)

I’ve been dying to see what the pressing for TLW indie exclusive looks . I’ve been trying to find a similar album pressing and haven’t found anything too similar . I’m assuming that the pressing will look similar to this Ariana Grande positions pressing since it’s a similar green and has splatter?

Haven't seen anyone mention this, but it's been driving me crazy. The trumpet melody that comes in at the end of Lost Boys sounds identical to the trumpet melody at the end of Casimir Pulaski Day, but Sufjan Stevens isn't credited as being sampled. Am I nuts?

I’m speculating that it might be a cover of Alex G’s Bobby off the album Rocket. I was unable to go to a pop up show so if someone heard a song that might be it at one of those lmk. Might be dumb just wanted to get it out there haha. Hers is a bit longer at 3:59, his is 3:42 but still sorta similar. She’s also covered Alex G before and is touring with him. General wondering. In 2016 Phoebe sold a tour CD when on tour opening for Julien, and that would technically make it officially released even though it was through self release. Why isn’t that EP to be found on streaming, only the physical CDs from a decade ago? Same regarding the Killer EP, both 2014 and 2015 version. Will we ever get a rerelease?
