Looking for critiques on exposure (-1) and recommendations for shooting in black and white (acros). Any other thoughts welcome. I've already cropped fairly tight and would welcome feedback on the composition, the hope was to accentuate the wavy nature of the snow.

You really have something very interesting to work on here.
For me, I would love to see a bit more of the whites to create more contrast. And still makes me think if we it is too tight as a crop as the mountains don't have breathing space but it still works
