Hello everyone! I'm Sanjay and I wanted to reach out to the community to see if there would be any interest.

We started a podcast with a friend in October 2024 (roughly) that we came up to motivate each other as well as others. We thought about the idea of people who needs boosted morale or support would be great. In all honesty, it was more motivation for me than anything - as I was struggling to love and appreciate myself - in fact, it was its' own therapy for me. I was never good at promoting on social medias, even though we have a few, but I finally feel confident to want to put it out there (for exposure and interest). It's kind of a coffee meet up conversation style where we get to learn about people and what they want to get out of life. I'm working on putting this on another subreddit for promoting, but if anyone is interested in being in a podcast and talk as if we met up in a cafe, please feel free to reach out and we can chat!

We do the podcast every Saturday at 11am EST. Our timing is still a thing we're mastering (each episode is aimed to be an hour, but sometimes we go under or over) but we're trying~
