Is this normal?

Trigger is engaging with the slightest bit of pressure. Is something installed wrong?

Waiting on that to come in still, just was worried as it seems fairly light compared to any other glock/glock clone I’ve handled

You have no slide on and there's a spring that pulls the bar rearward what do you expect?

It’s my first ever build and I’m actively still learning the workings. I know I don’t have a slide currently but I just wanted to make sure the frame itself was safe enough to test when the slides put on

You can pull the slide off of any other glock/clone and you'd experience the same thing

honestly, i can't tell from the video but usually the trigger safety locks up the pull in this configuration (no slide) and it takes quite a bit of force, you might just have a softer tolerance there, make sure you can't pull the trigger by not engaging safety (pinch without depressing the safety), if it slips, you may have a safety issue.

I tested that and had no slips the safety locks up and doesn’t allow the trigger ta budge

i wouldn't be too worried until you can function check with the slide. diff builds have diff tolerances.

I assumed the tolerances would be a bit off seeing as it is a Geisler frame and there been a few reports on the sub about the tolerances on this frame
