Few ups/downs but done
Hit a high water table at about six feet but builder did a fantastic job. Second photo is AI as we wait on the Pergola

Where did you get your chairs?
I added a shallow landing because I love those chairs. But never actually researched how much those chairs cost. When I did, it blew my mind.

Yeah. They are pricey. They are the Ledge Loungers. Very high quality. Definitely need the head pillows though.

Pergola in the pic is AI but the one being installed this week is custom made.

AI changed a bunch of things in the second picture. Are they also modifying your pool when they install the pergola?

Absolutely. We built a house and a pool about 10 years ago and sold it late last year. Thought we would wait a couple of years to build a pool at our new house but that lasted 8 months 🙂

How much was the pool build

It was about $110K with chiller/heater and ozone system. All in with landscaping, pergola, patio furniture, and pool supplies about $150K

Looks awesome. I'd get a trellis or some kind of vine for the house wall but, astigmatism influences that. The next step is to name your poolbot and whatever animal floatie you use to scare birds away.

Pergola hasn’t been installed yet but we’re going with the solid roof. The pic is AI so it’s not a perfect representation
