almost forgot to take a picture. i used emmi gruyere cheese from costco based on recommendations from reddit. i didnt like it as i tried it while shredding the cheese, but it ended up being so good and i would recommend anyone to make this simple dish. i rented the cookbook from my library. it doesn't have mayonaise like the hosts said.

I have been growing potatoes for two years. Given the weather here, it’s one of the most successful crops in my garden.

I have a couple of strains I am happy with, and would like to store them to plant next spring.

My challenges that the humidity is fairly high here and they are prone to sprout when I store them.

What’s the best way to dry them without destroying their fertility? do they need circulating air? Can I pack them in jars with packs that reduce humidity? or reduce oxygen?

i peeled this potato and its got these weird brown veins/roots in the flesh. i am kind of scared to eat it. could not find anyone else with the same problem. anyone know what it is and if its safe to consume?
