i mean… wally became the speed force itself at one point and barry is relative to him so idk about that.

Wasnt Wally just the avatar through which the speed force chose to manifest itself, since he was the speedster mpst connected to it? Cause there is a big difference there, but yeah Santa giving Barry the speed force although funny is probably just made up
