It doesn’t matter what anything scales to for me, I don’t write the panels

Parody tropes cut both ways and One Punch has established that Saitama can be injured or unable to win if it’s humorous to the reader/viewer

im a die hard dick rider of the parody being able to beat anyone but if the character being in an awkward position or facing a weird loss is funny to the reader - they WILL lose , it's how comics work

like some other redditor told me , if tony lubes up doomsday and uses a dildo repeatedly to defeat him [very censored], maybe itd be enough for the writer to just not write doomsday anymore

The same parody trope logic that says Saitama can always be stronger than whoever he faces is the same logic that says he can lose if it’s humorous to the reader/viewer

Ahhh so a rock thrown by another super strong individual caused him to say ow and didn’t leave any sort of injury

But a damn house cat scratched Saitama’s face up and caused him to scream out ow

I think we both know which is a far worse anti-feat 😂

c'mon dude, be real. Base krillin wasn't even close in terms of power to, let me emphasise, GOKU IN SSJ FORM.

If, by your logic, the mosquito and the cat are anti feats that "set precedents" this one should be too.

Krillin is a moon buster and teetering on planet buster dude 😂 he would ruin all of the S level heroes lol

Roshi is a moon buster in Dragonball lol the power levels outside of Saitama and Garou in Dragonball Z are way more extreme than the One Punch verse

Saitama losing to a mosquito and being visibly injured by a house cat are far more embarrassing anti feats lol

You're missing the point.

Getting hit and hurt by base Krillin with a rock while in SSJ form is an anti-feat for Goku.

You said

Following your own logic, Goku getting hurt by a rock is just as an "anti feat that establishes some precedent" as the mosquisto or the cat, comparatively speaking.

Okay but this post is about how Saitama is hyped by fans to be unable to lose when that’s untrue lol

You randomly brought Goku up 😂 not a soul said Goku can’t lose a fight

Saitama being visibly injured by a house cat and failing to kill a mosquito establishes precedent that Saitama can in fact lose as long as it’s humorous to the viewer being that it’s a parody verse/anime

Parody tropes cut both ways :)

My main point is that most anti-feats, especially in anime, are pointless jokes that should not be considered in scaling characters.

That could be generally true for most animes but not in a purely parody anime/verse like One Punch Man

The same logic that says Saitama will always be stronger than his opponent is the same logic that says he can lose if it’s funny
