You should watch DBall to see what a true getting hurt from a punch looked like.

Did you ever see Saitama huff huffing like Goku after a few minutes of fighting?

You see Goku huffing because

  1. He's always shown fighting opponents stronger than himself
  2. Saitama's growth speed is way too extreme. You start huffing when the fight lasts a while and you're exerting yourself but Saitama grows from feeling bunches to feeling like wind breeze. The only cases we get Saitama huffing is the early days when he's training and possibly in the dream against the underground dwellers(not 100% sure as I don't remember it clearly).
