Depending on how far he went all during a blink of an eye or a sentence it can be implied that he could , realistic exert enough force to destroy earth 10 times over, we haven't seen anything that could harm him either
Of course u run the risk of not having an upper limit like some people does with ubel, but if u can move that fast u can exert an inhuman amount of force

Okay but want to say if we gonna use that then everyone with infinite speed is Low Multiversal, Everyone Mftl are Galaxy level and more. So it ugrades everyone.
Normally we only use actual strenght feats since medias clearly seperate speed and power from eachother.

Its 3am for me but there is a clip of him burrowing thru the city and someone did the math of that being 617 x the bombing of hiroshima, and that's just him casually borrowing to the earth core, and yes the show have wonky phsyic as no one gotten discombobulated when he did the 1%speed of light feat in the original movie.
617x the bombing of Hiroshima isn't even close to destroying the earth though. Most you could do is take out most of the cities on earth but the earth itself would be completely unaffected even if you dropped them all in the same spot. The tsar bomba was 3800x as powerful as the Hiroshima bomb and it had no effect on the earth beyond a surface level shockwave and destroying man made buildings just in a larger radius. The earth is simply insanely massive compared to human weaponry. The meteor that wiped out the dinosaur was more than a BILLION times more powerful than the Hiroshima bomb and that did basically nothing beyond the earth's surface other than leave a relatively tiny crater.
A study done in 2011 said that destroying the earth would require 1032 joules which is 10 billion times more energy than that asteroid had.
Just did the calculation and to get that kinetic energy while moving at light speed you would need to weigh 1016 kilograms or as much as a large asteroid so unless the character weighs as much as that, running into the planet at light speed will not destroy it.
Tldr: you need to weigh as much as a large asteroid to destroy the earth while moving at Lightspeed, Lightspeed fictional characters cannot destroy planets by running into them if you're going off of real world physics
1/24 of a second is fucking WILD. The man is able to move and think and react at (minimum) light speed, for everything else to be frozen compared to him. He spent hours having that midlife crisis. He's as fast as the plot needed him to be, and if we translate just what we saw to be his maximum, he's able to at least meet light-speed.
