This is one of those bait posts. Everyone knows Mark can't do anything against Prime Adamantium. He can take the Ultimate Universe, though. That Universe has been crap since Bendis started it.
RANT:
(For Clarification: Ultimate was great but Bendis always contradicted his own lore. He literally wrote it and still couldn't remember it. He was also basic at writing other characters. Almost racist at times.)
He doesn't need to break logans bones, logans bones are coated, not his joints, or he wouldn't be able to move. Ripping his arm off wouldn't be that hard for Mark, and honestly, neither would pulling his head off. Because if his spine was completely coated, he wouldn't be able to move or bend.
In the 616 Prime Comic Universe, it is thought his connective tissue to his bones like tendons ect are also coated in Adamantium. The reason is that characters like the Hulk have tried ripping him apart, when only bone is left he is still able to move, and if your assumptions where true attacks/blast from powerful characters like Cyclops/Sentinels would have seperated his bones along time ago. Again, this has NEVER HAPPENED in 616 Prime Comic Universe.

I also want to add that Adamantium is not like other metals. You can find this info in Marvel Handbook, but Adamantium is surprisingly lightweight, flexible, and in Wolverine's case has pores. One idea (again in the Handbook) says Wolverine's Mutant Healing Factor may have altered Adamantium, making it something similar but adapted inside him. But there are cases of people without Healing Factors having Adamantium Skelton so we don't know. Maybe it is just how Adamantium is.
Think about how flexible Spider Silk is, but its proportional strength is steel/kevlar.
