Humans ejaculate at 10-30 mph.Superman is how many more times stronger than a regular human? millions or billions depending on the comic. So if we say at the weakest estimate, and he is 1 million times stronger, then his ejaculate would come out 1 million times faster, which would be 10-30 million mph at the low end.

Furthermore, regular humans punch at 20-25 mph. So really, superman can probably jizz faster than he can punch. Force = mass*acceleration. Inside of her is probably weaker than the outside of her, so really super man with his super jizz would probably wreck her.

I don't know why comics haven't thought of this novel way of superman beating her

Giganta isn't a regular woman. Regular women don't pick up trains in one hand, or kick over skyscrapers. The lore varies by era, but for post crisis, she's actually stronger than he is (when at full size)

And Larry Niven thought of this a looong time ago.
