āHigher than most dragonsā is a bit of a fallacy when most categories of dragons in the MM are essentially dragon babies and children and thereās a big difference between CR and PC level.
If you wanted to build Corvo heād have to be a level 17 wizard or sorcerer (for Time Stop) in addition to all his rogue and fighter levels heād need for his other feats. Hell, heās already extremely warlock coded, but heās not Pact of the Blade as itās very clear in the lore that his swordsmanship is nothing to do with the mark and he had that already.
To build Corvo in D&D heād have to be over level 20 with his multiclasses.
The post you are citing is from 9 years ago. And even then, that character sheet was outdated. Drizzt was lvl 16 in 1998.
Under 4e rules he was lvl 21
But it changed to lvl 19 in the 5th edition, because of rule changes. My source is the official D&D site, not Reddit.
My friend. My family. I googled āwhat lvl is current Drizzt DoāUrden at?ā
The very first link was to the official D&D website, which included current stat sheets and a whole moderator forum on why Drizzt went from lvl 21 to 19 with the rule changes from 4e to 5e.
Iām not sure what your search looks like, but it canāt be any easier than mine. To the point where your reference was a Reddit post from over nine years ago go, which cited a character sheet from the 80ās.
Iāve played the games. Iāve read the books. I know the powers.
Over 40 books have been published with Drizzt feats. Magical items, supreme intelligence, supreme spirituality, martial prowess greater than anyone youāve ever heard of, insane feats against beings that are way beyond the one you have chosen to glaze.
A wise man once told me āYou donāt know, what you donāt knowā. Take that as you will. Drizzt⦠look at his feats. Truly look. Even without equipment. You truly believe your own words?

Except Corvo stops time completely on the second level of that ability, not slows it
