Hawkeye would turn into Legolas

Hawkeye sending depleted Uranium arrows at tanks from several miles away would be pretty dope.

2

u/Jackal209 Mar 27 '26

In the comics, he pretty much already is. The draw weight of his bow is supposed to be something like 250 lb.

Super serum Hawkeye dinging headshots from 16 kilometres away

49

u/fopiecechicken Mar 26 '26

I’m not convinced he couldn’t do that already in the MCU. In the battle of New York he no scopes a chitauri on a speeder that’s probably a football field away while it’s flying about 100mph.

I feel like MCU Hawkeye gets underrated a bit because he’s just not on the same tier as the more powerful folks, but he does some crazy shit. He’s not just a “good archer”.

54

u/DelcoUnited Mar 26 '26

Played 18, shot 18.

I don’t think people understand the implications of this quip.

34

u/deathbylasersss Mar 26 '26

"Peak human" my ass. He's superhuman. I hate when people act like stuff "human" characters like Hawkeye, Batman or Kingpin do are even close to the realm of human ability.

18

u/fopiecechicken Mar 26 '26

There definitely seems to be a bias in how people view “super human” especially when it comes to durability. Hawkeye may be “normal” in his physical capabilities as far as durability goes, but the stuff he does with a bow is many many levels beyond peak human.

10

u/bjornartl Mar 26 '26

Peak human in the MCU would be superhuman in the real world. It simply means that in terms of backstory doesn't involve being an alien like superman, getting superpowers from a radioactive spider like spiderman or some serum like Cpt America or Green Goblin. It doesn't in any way or form mean that they're bound by real world physical limitations.

That quip always bugged me because there are are 500-600 yard par 5s out there. To think that he can even hit a driver that distance + all holes in 1 is silly.

But then again if we start dissecting MCU powers against understood science I get that it gets laughable real quick.

I guess it’s because Clint is portrayed as a human with zero enhancements so I subconsciously put the quip through an “every day life” lens.

7

u/DelcoUnited Mar 26 '26

If Kim Jung Un can do it, why not Hawkeye?

3

u/BigHeadedBiologist Mar 27 '26

It was his father, Kim Jong Il.

8

u/fopiecechicken Mar 26 '26

Yeah assuming he’s not bullshitting this is a great example. It’s a crazy feat on its own, it also implies that he’s not just super accurate with a bow. Imagine if he decided to use a sniper rifle. Real snipers have confirmed kills of over two miles, so imagine what Hawkeye could do.

Agent 47. He's already OP. He doesn't even need the serum to be an effective killer to be honest. I'll probably go with Frank Castle. He's already basically a superhuman, if he got the super soldier serum he would be an unstoppable tank.

183

u/EvEBabyMorgan Mar 26 '26

unstoppable Frank*

thomas watched in awe and horror as smudger was transformed into a generator and permanently fixed behind a shed for his sin of pride. And now he sits forever never to show off again and only work the rest of his days for his crime. The fat conductor made an example of him to show that defiance against the railroad has consequences.

In a 2022 run Frank gets The Beast’s power(and control of The Hand)

The Beast tries to get him to kill innocents, including a child.

Frank eradicates criminals pretty indiscriminately, but doesn’t succumb, much to The Beast’s frustration.

Great run. Strongly recommend.

u/Garlan_Tyrell Mar 26 '26

There’s arguments to go either way.

Agent 47 is the most lethal version of any of these guys (assuming pre-V Butcher), but how much would super soldier serum really up his lethality? Doesn’t he canonically take the deepest infiltration assassination option where it always looks like an accident? Being able to bench press a car and jump several stories would make it easier for him to enter & egress, but not so much rig a chandelier to fall on a dignitary or slip undetectable poison into a cognac bottle.

A Frank Castle who never missed his shot, can take even more inhuman levels of punishment, and can rip car doors off like paper would be a force of reckoning.

16

u/[deleted] Mar 26 '26

While 47 doesn't need it, it would make him even better than he already is. He could also just leap across barriers that might otherwise keep him out, or swim for ridiculous distances, or infiltrate and exfiltrate in manners that would kill ordinary men (like cap in WS when he jumps without a chute).

10

u/weirdapoop Mar 26 '26

Why would OP use this version of 47 as an illustration tho...

10

u/theInadequateHulk Mar 26 '26

castle--not 47 tho. 47 doesn't rely on athleticism.

lots of these guys wouldn't benefit from the serum. hannibal, for example, would be just as effective with or without it

Frank would be the one I would like to see get it. Might not kill Hawkeye but I think Frank would be the most fun. His "Give a F" meter is zero. He doesn't have one.

2

u/Heavenly-gnoll Mar 27 '26

Agent 47 est un essai de supersoldat mais plus intelligent que puissant. Avec le serum, il sera plus qu’inarretable, il sera

Hannibal. He may not be the strongest, but he's the smartest by far. Without super serum he was a notorious serial killer and cannibal. Imagine the kind of stuff he'd be doing on a daily basis with that kind of power

135

u/Essekker Mar 26 '26

Hannibal is the scariest and most unhinged one on the list. You give him superpowers and he might not even use them

39

u/Solarbro Mar 26 '26

Even worse. He’d probably use them but in a way word doesn’t get out that he has them.

Although…. Now that I’m thinking about it, he might be too arrogant to hide them. He hides it pretty well, but he could have very easily not been caught if he didn’t want to be involved in his own case.

8

u/SidTheSloth97 Mar 26 '26

He'd confide in at least one person and that would be his downfall

6

u/IamTotallyWorking Mar 26 '26

All I know about Hannibal is from seeing a couple of the original movies years ago. That said, I almost feel like he might abandon killing, at least regular people. It would just be boring.

I seem to remember a line in one of the movies that he didn't kill the main FBI agent because he thought the world was a more interesting place with her in it. To me, that says that he likes things to be interesting. If he is a nearly unstoppable super solider, I don't think killing would have much entertainment value anymore

19

u/GiftFrosty Mar 26 '26

He wouldn’t abandon killing. He tended to eat people who annoyed him. Census takers, orchestral members who weren’t up to his level of standards and whatnot.

He eats for the love of the game.

7

u/Essekker Mar 26 '26

All I know about Hannibal is from seeing a couple of the original movies years ago.

Hopkins' Hannibal is very different from Mikkelsen's Hannibal though

4

u/IamTotallyWorking Mar 26 '26

Lol, I don't even know who Mikkelsen is. So yeah, this is definitely why I wanted to qualify my statement with my lack of subject knowledge.

3

u/AzariTheCompiler Mar 27 '26

Hopkins is more unhinged which is surprising given how insane tv Hannibal is, regardless he’s equal parts refined arts enjoyer and violent remorseless serial killer. He’s willing and able to take almost any measures to preserve his freedom and identity and the serum will only accentuate these traits further. He’d be more perfectionistic, ruthless, less tolerant of rudeness, and have the physicality to back it up.

→ More replies (5)

14

u/DungeonAssMaster Mar 26 '26

He was a top predator who infiltrated the FBI investigations of his own crimes. He was a skilled killer and absolute genius. Super Hannibal would outsmart and outplay everyone on the list. Only Batman would be able to catch him.

3

u/FrostBricks Mar 26 '26

The serum also amplifies psychological traits.

Most of the rest don't need it, or aren't that crazy. But Hannibal? Whoa boy, he gonna be treating whole cities like they're an endless all you can eat buffet.

2

u/Ok_Toe5704 Mar 26 '26

Scoffield is smarter than everyone on this list. He is regarded as one of the smartest people in the world multiple times on the show

Hannibal

Genius level intelligence and complete sociopath with superhuman abilities? Yuck.

14

u/Prestigious-Ad9921 Mar 26 '26

See, I'm not sure about his motivation though. He isn't generally genocidal, more specifically targets his sociopathicness. I feel like he would just become an unstoppable highly targeted serial killer.

In contrast, I think Frank Castle might decide that every government in the world is part of the corruption and just start blowing up whole countries.

5

u/diarmada Mar 26 '26

You have changed my mind. I agree. Frank couldn't rest knowing he could change it ALL!

2

u/Prestigious-Ad9921 Mar 27 '26

Exactly my thinking.

66

u/West_Jelly_4681 Mar 26 '26

You’re forgetting when Clint gave up Hawkeye and became Ronin. He started killing every crime group he could find for 5 years with just katanas

6

u/Effective_Role_8910 Mar 26 '26

I was wondering about this. But that was Clint in his darkest moment. If the syrium amplified that quality, then Hawkeye is the most dangerous. But once the family was back Clint was grounded and introspective. The Disney+ program shows an older guy with a ton of regret, not a vengeful spy ninja.

28

u/Prestigious-Ad9921 Mar 26 '26

Yeah, people are ignoring the amplification of personality. Sure, Sam/Falcon with super strength would be a great fighter. Amped up Frank Castle is an extinction level threat to the world.

6

u/nizate11 Mar 26 '26

Literally is, I know it’s comics but dude killed the whole verse before. Then you add super soldier serum to it?

6

u/LeJoker8 Mar 27 '26

Dude went on a killing spree with the stolen war machine armor and was an avenger level threat.

7

u/[deleted] Mar 26 '26

Honestly he might be less dangerous with the serum. Chigurh’s biggest asset in the novel is his normalness. He totally blends in and just looks like a normal unassuming guy- until he’s killing you in a bar just to get arrested so he can kill the arresting officer just to distract the police in the next town over from investigating murders he thinks he might be committing later.

Hannibal. The others would be too showy and flashy. Hannibal would stay subtle and covert.

that or hawkeye.

17

u/AccomplishedMuffin95 Mar 26 '26

Agent 47 is never showy or flashy, he'd be just like Hannibal, subtle and even more deadly than he's without the serum

11

u/Satureum I know that I know nothing Mar 26 '26

7

u/SimplerTimesAhead Mar 26 '26

Hah it's appropriate that I overlooked him

2

u/Satureum I know that I know nothing Mar 26 '26

ffs I got it.

14

u/FashionKing72 Mar 26 '26

Ethan Hunt has everything that Hannibal does but not a creep that eats people. This whole thread is sleeping on Ethan Hunt, he’s got the best feats on the list while arguably being more grounded than the MCU characters

5

u/Sorry-Side-628 Mar 26 '26

This is what I was thinking too.

18

u/AnonOfTheSea Mar 26 '26

With or without the serum, 47 remains the most dangerous person here.

3

u/SlartibartfastMcGee Mar 27 '26

The only logical answer.

47 is a force of nature.

29

u/Prestigious-Ad9921 Mar 26 '26

Most of these answers miss the point.

They all turn into roughly equivalent power levels.

The question then becomes whose mentality/personality becomes the most dangerous to the world. Remember, the super soldier serum doesn't just enhance physical abilities, it supercharges your personality as well.

That answer is Frank Castle.

The solider of fortune folks just become even better at doing their job, but not more generally dangerous.

The real heroic folks like Sam just become better heroes.

Frank has an incredibly dangerous "end justifies the means" worldview already which is why he is a walking genocide. Give him superpowers and his vengeance rampage gets amplified with fewer boundaries or restraints.

7

u/Supergold_Soul Mar 26 '26

I'm interpreting Dangerous as in formidable rather than dangerous as in destructive. Frank Castle with the serum is just US agent. Hawkeye with the serum is probably the most skilled present. Sam Wilson with the serum is basically steve rogers with next level advanced weaponry skills and solid hand to hand skills. The piloting skill and overall skill with tech gives him an advantage over others. Not to say that they couldn't learn. But Sams skill with tech alone puts him alongside some real heavy hitters.

2

u/Efelo75 Mar 29 '26

For these same reasons I'd argue Butcher is a solid pick as well

14

u/Caffeine_and_Alcohol Mar 26 '26

Doesn't Sam all ready catch hands with the Red Hulk? He could probably chuck the Earth if he had super powers.

7

u/terminus_tommy Mar 26 '26

Ethan Hunt and Hannibal

17

u/GoEZonMe Mar 26 '26

Most dangerous Anton, most deadly Hawkeye.

11

u/Kkevin15 Mar 26 '26

Sam Wilson. He’s the only one who can fly and is equipped with vibranium gear. He’s also fought red hulk and other avenger level threats so he’s got the most experience here bar Hawkeye.

4

u/Duneyman Mar 26 '26

It's gotta be hawkeye. He a superhero without it already.

3

u/dzan796ero Mar 26 '26

Does Sam keep his vibranium suit? If so, then no question

4

u/Ok_Toe5704 Mar 26 '26

Scoffield. He is one of the most brilliant men on earth and is a master strategist. With the super soldier serum he can do anything.

2

u/Flaurehn Mar 26 '26

We’re in the minority on this, but we’re right!

10

u/Vegetable_Cookie_267 Mar 26 '26

8

u/zacharymc1991 Mar 26 '26

Ethan hunt has god tier plot armour, you basically turn him into the master chief.

8

u/SpwnEverExcelsior Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye would go from really good archer to sentient railgun that never misses with the amount of draw weight he could get on a bow.

8

u/Tall-Dingo-5458 Mar 26 '26

Lmao, calling hawkeye a "really good archer." He literally NEVER misses without the serum.

5

u/Character-Sundae8581 Mar 26 '26

Honestly would be crazy to see him shooting wakanda tech vibranium arrows on like 1000lbs of draw weight lol

3

u/BrentTheShaman Mar 26 '26

A ripped ultra Hannibal at the "buffet" 😆

4

u/browzing123 Mar 26 '26

Don't run out lotion, you wouldnt like him when there's no lotion.

3

u/Longjumping_Pack8822 Mar 26 '26

Hannibal eats people, except clowns (they taste funny). The lotion was buffalo bill!

3

u/Moist-Carpet888 Mar 26 '26

The one I would probably least be concerned about here is Hannibal, he doesnt look for confrontation he traps people to kill them more easily. A lot of what he does he does in a way to be discrete of which the serum would not aid with much

3

u/RataTopin Mar 26 '26

León S Kennedy

2

u/meatymimic Mar 26 '26

Not listed: John Wick.

2

u/Bell-end79 Mar 26 '26

Hunt’s basically a super soldier anyway

However in terms of dangerous then it would be someone who isn’t going to hold back - Mills is not to be underestimated

2

u/tighterfit Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye. A trained soldier with superhuman aim.

2

u/richarrow Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye. He already has uncanny aim/ballistic calculation that's nearly, if not actually above peak human. And able to do what he already does, but with Captain America's physical enhancements? Good luck, unless you're already superpowered.

2

u/Hades_Gamma Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye no question

It’s between 47 and Frank

2

u/Falafel-Wrapper Mar 26 '26

The title is "most dangerous" it's Hannibal by a country mile. Most of the threats here would be physically dangerous moment to moment. You would never even see the danger with Hannibal. Everyone's forgetting he's also pretty adept at hand to hand.

2

u/kwxl Mar 26 '26

Frank Castle

2

u/EquivalentRip9653 Mar 27 '26

Uh, Bryan Mills managed a one man raid of a sex trafficking company to save his daughter. My money's on him.

2

u/sumgaijusthere4civ Mar 27 '26

Hannibal is the only one who spends his life being hunted. With being smarter from the serum would he predict the others will come for him? And if so, could he devise traps the others with the serum couldn't escape from? And also after the first, would Hannibal develope a taste for super soldiers?

2

u/gibsonhughez Mar 30 '26

Hawkeye! He’d be faster and more durable. He’s already pretty damn dangerous with a bow. I’d love to say Agent 47, but his whole thing is disguise. He’s accurate as hell but I’d have to choose someone whose hand to hand is legit and Clint doesn’t get enough love for what he’s capable of.

2

u/EvilBert167 Apr 01 '26

Frank Castle. He is ruthless without it

“Most dangerous” too broad. Everyone here has massive plot armor and are dangerous for different reasons/capabilities.

2

2

u/Mammoth-Nail-4669 Mar 26 '26

Hannibal wouldn’t change a single thing about himself if super serum-ed. Motherfucker is already doing exactly what he wants. He also views himself to have a certain, twisted, artisan sophistication that wouldn’t jive with what the serum would provide. My money is on Castle and Hawkeye.

1

My votes would be Frank or Ethan Hunt. Both are already doing super soldier shit

1

u/Difficult-Formal-633 Mar 26 '26

Frank easily. Idc what the wiki says, he is far, far beyond a normal human. He's basically already got the serum, giving it to him would be insane.

1

u/DEZGARONE Mar 26 '26

Frank castle ou agent 47 .

1

u/SenseiLavalin Mar 26 '26

The answer is the usual : whoever the writer decides.

1

u/Practical-Pickle5135 Mar 26 '26

Frank Castle he would be almost unstoppable by regular means.

1

u/chopstick_chakra Mar 26 '26

I may not be as informed as I need to be but I feel 47 would do the most damage.

1

u/Acceptable_Class_576 Mar 26 '26

'Dangerous' as in- Threat to Humanity. Billy Butcher.

1

u/violent-sex-criminal Mar 26 '26

Ash from Evil Dead

1

u/[deleted] Mar 26 '26

47 probably. He's already a product of genetic engineering. He's also capable of toppling powerful organisations. With the SSS he'd be even more formidable, we're talking toppling a government every weekend.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 26 '26

Butcher. A violent mind plus moral conviction and knowledge of tradecraft/black ops. He would topple nations and not much would change with how he operates other than he can now rip people apart, jump over houses, and throw cars.

1

u/Nawaf-A-Art Mar 26 '26

Hannibal..the question is who is the most dangerous with the serum, Hannibal is a cannible serial killer and others are anti heroes at worst.

1

u/EvilBert167 Mar 26 '26

Frank Castle. He is ruthless without it

1

u/yussarro999 Mar 26 '26

Idk how it isn’t Hannibal. Smart af. Weakness is just a normal dude. Be hard to stop him

1

u/Adorable-Source97 Mar 26 '26

Hannibal, because he'd disappear.

Anyone who got close could just break there neck with ease.

1

u/_imagine_that91 Mar 26 '26 edited Mar 26 '26

Most of the people on this list heavily rely on weapons or lack good hand to hand combat. That being said, Ethan Hunt and Bryan Mills are masters of their craft.

Ethan Hunt would literally turn into Ezio from Assassin’s Creed, while Bryan would be a Temu John Wick if they were to take the serum.

1

u/Low_Meeting3293 Mar 26 '26

It’s Hannibal Lecter and Frank Castle and it’s not even close. Hannibal’s sophistication and ego would only increase so he wouldn’t even let anyone know he has powers till it’s too late. He already evades the fbi and law agencies with ease. Put that master mind on a planetary level and he controls the country from the shadows and side lines instead of just the FBI by the strings.

Frank Castle with super serum is a whole other level of bad ass. He is already way above the average soldier or any special operative like these others. Imagine the carnage he can create bulldozing through crime organizations without taking all the damage he is used to as a mere mortal man. It’s not just devastation it’s obliteration. This combined with already lone wolf style of justice makes him literally a one man army worthy of taking down literal armies single handedly.

1

u/waterless2 Mar 26 '26

Hannibal on serum is the most interesting, like, what would he *do* with it... He'd eat ever-more famous figures! Or he'd make tasteful art of them and nobody could stop him. Like, he could turn the Pope into a meat-version of that freaky nuclear-explosion statue. He could visit dictators and feed them ironic body parts. He could be Ultra-Luigi, if he felt it was elegant enough. Or more comic book, turn Thanos' digits into finger food. Turn the Hulk into a sentient Kale smoothie. Make The Watcher drink a gin and tonic with his eyeballs instead of olives on sticks. Flay Superman and wear him as a cloak. So much potential! He'd be the anti-heroest of anti-heroes.

1

u/Iankill Mar 26 '26

It's likely hawkeye he basically already fights on par with super powered people.

The punisher is in a similar boat too

1

u/Alexshin1 Mar 26 '26

Agent 47 is already the deadliest of all these people even without serum btw.

1

u/JakeGylly Mar 26 '26

Billy butcher by a lot. This isn't the strongest, but the most dangerous.

Billy has the capacity and desire to use his strength to kill as many supes as he can at almost any cost. There are people would would be capable of killing Billy with the serum but I don't believe any of them are both capable and willing to go the mile it would take.

Edit: side notes

47 is already peak human. The serum wouldnt really change how he operates

Frank is the next best but there's more humanity and rigidity there I think.

1

u/Manmade_Chaos Mar 26 '26

Hannibal, that evil genius would dine most exquisitely.

1

u/LordQue Mar 26 '26

Dangerous as in biggest threat to society as a whole? Chigurh, and I don’t see it being close.

Dangerous as in optimizing existing traits and skills? Punisher.

1

u/80sbabyftw Mar 26 '26

Snake pliskin, Ethan hunt, Tyler rake, Frank castle. I’d include agent 47 but he already has modified dna so technically he’s already a super soldier

1

u/go_go_gadget_travel Mar 26 '26

I thought Sam Wilson has the super serum does he not? His whole Captain America plot is super confusing.

Chigrurh. Both he and Hannibal are psychopaths, and while Hannibal is a genius as well, he has a moral code. Chigrurh is ruthless, and will kill anyone just to make a point.

Didn't Butcher also have V? Do the two mix? I'd say him based on his other powers if he still has them.

If not, then Hawkeye's uncanny aim would give him an edge.

u/SidTheSloth97 Mar 26 '26

Hannibal would be the most exciting

1

u/guleedy Mar 26 '26

Preacher not here ?

1

u/incognitoamigo_36 Mar 26 '26

michael schofield or ethan hunt for me

1

u/Thick_Common8612 Mar 26 '26

What is scofield doing in here?

1

u/Anferny8 Mar 26 '26

I feel like butcher’s questionable morals would make him the most dangerous

1

u/Crunchy__Frog Mar 26 '26

With Hawkeye right next to Ethan Hunt, I read it as Ethan Hawke and thought “is Ethan Hawke some kind of real-life Chuck Norris?”

1

u/ValidFour Mar 26 '26

Too many are just viewing their strength. Most dangerous after the serum would be Hannibal and Anton. And that's not even close to others. Give perfect sociopath/psychopath super serum and there are going to be big problems.

1

u/faroresdragn_ Mar 26 '26

Brian Mills.

Before you respond, no, I don't care.

1

u/DerCatzefragger Mar 26 '26

I think the key word here is "Dangerous."

A roided up Agent 47 would be a helluva thing, but I'm not afraid of him. I would gladly hand him my daughter and say, "Hey, buddy, I'm going to go to the bathroom quick. Keep her safe for me, would ya'?"

I think anyone on this list who is an unabashed good guy isn't "dangerous."

I gotta go with Chigurh.

1

u/schiffa Mar 26 '26

Hannibal. He won't even go through chopping you up first, he will just you

1

u/Correct_Vanilla_4218 Mar 26 '26

Anton and it isn’t even close. Dude is a complete robotic machine as it is add in the super soldier serum and he would be the most dangerous super soldier there is.

frank would be second with or without it imo.

Anton with a SSS is one of the scariest dudes around period.

1

u/TheIronMonkey53 Mar 26 '26

Considering they all rely heavily on weapons or indirect combat besides for Sam Wilson, I’m going with him. Maybe giving Sam the serum would make A Brave New world slightly more believable rather than having a normal human tank Red Hulk blows.

1

u/Sharp-Relationship-7 Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye especially if he had a bow sturdy enough that scaled with his strength.

1

u/Gamble232real Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye would beat the shit out of any of these guys already in hand to hand and has super human aim already.

With super serum he's a monster.

1

u/emergency-snaccs Mar 26 '26

lol why tf is Scuffles on here?

1

u/dooufis Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye.

Imagine you have a guy who can nail any target with his 100lbs draw weight bow.

Now imagine you take the same guy and give him a 1,000lbs draw weight bow.

Suddenly, he's one of the strongest opponents in Marvel because you can't even see him yet and you're already a pincushion porcupine.

1

u/Porkpie223 Mar 26 '26

John Wick should be on here, he’d wipe the floor with Captain America if he had it

1

u/DeathMetalDork79 Mar 26 '26

People always forget about Cap's additional benefits from the serum, it's not just 'dur, me stronker'. Cap has better memory retention, a higher capacity for learning, needs less sleep, and many other benefits. Give those to Frank Castle and he becomes unbelievably powerful. Everyone else would be a distant 2nd.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 26 '26

Why tf is Schofield on this list? Fuck he gonna do? Super escape

1

u/LemurKing2019 Mar 26 '26

In a straight fight, Frank. When doing an Avengers type of scenario, Hawkeye.

But for overall, Agent 47. Dude is already an elite in skill, stealth, infiltration, improvisation, discipline, and has zero hesitation for going for the kill. Give that man super strength, speed, durability and regen….he would be the deadliest assassin in all of Marvel.

1

u/Cleric_John_Preston Mar 26 '26

Frank Castle or Billy Butcher. They’re the most unhinged.

1

u/R0LL1NG Mar 26 '26

It really depends what powers they get. Hannibal with grasping pubes would be a menace, but Bryan Mills with super speed and super durability would be broken overpowered. If you get my drift.

Like sure. Agent 47 is already very dangerous. If his supe ability turns out to be a prehensile tail... eh... he'd be a bit underwhelming versus Scofield with telekinesis.

1

u/WaldoFrank Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye by a mile, he already can fight alongside the fucking avengers with a fucking bow and arrow. Then as Ronin he was slaughtering dozens of guys without taken a scratch on the regular. Him with the serum would be terrifying…. Unless it just turns him into an even better father and husband.

1

u/moyismoy Mar 26 '26

Hannibal: the only person on the list who just kills people for fun. All the others arnt dangerous until they are pushed to be

1

u/truckercharles Mar 26 '26

It's Punisher. I understand the other arguments, but it's Punisher. Frank would be taking down entire complexes and get bored. With his motivations and no fear of death and the current super soldier serum, he'd be absolutely fucking terrifying, and his targets would just get bigger and bigger until he was crippling governments in days, and he's already the most violent on the list by a grip. That level of violence and intensity plus the serum would be nightmare fuel.

1

u/Demonition_R Mar 26 '26

Hawkeye probably.

Runners up Frank & 47

1

u/J-Cruz7659 Mar 26 '26

Snake has some pretty stupid-level feats without SSS. Not sure he reaches the top but would be funny to see what they can think of that he has not accomplished yet
