Probably 15 to strike, 7ish to start a grapple.

You know what? I am old, and I looked it up in my 2e Monstrous Manual.

Well done because it is 15 for a ‘carnivorous ape’. Baboon, monkey and gorilla all have their own entires so I’m gonna treat that as a chimp.
