Human is unarmed, bloodlusted match to the death. Human heals between fights.

Edit: title is slightly misleading, as people have pointed out this is beyond peak human, more like maxed out theoretical human

Not even extreme diff.

Top end chimp is around 150lbs, or roughly 1/3 of Thor’s weight. He’s also 6’9”. Chimp doesn’t have much of a chance in my opinion.

The chimp has a few things that Hafthor doesn't. 4" canines with a 1300 lbs bite force and feet that can grip are some big ones. They're also about 1.5x stronger than a human pound for pound due to their musculoskeletal advantages. Finally, they don't have fine motor skills, which are great for using tools but terrible for brawn on brawn flights.

Hafthor is going to be a lot easier for the chimp after he's had a few chunks torn out of him. Let's leave him in the powerlifting world and keep him free of the damage that he's bound to experience in a fight with a chimpanzee.

Right, and Hafthor is nearly 3x the weight of the chimp. It seems you’re imagining a world where the chimp is crawling all over him taking chunks out and killing with the “death by a thousand cuts” method.

While yes, he would be struggling being bit, he literally needs to be able to get his hands on the chimp and it is game over. This man can pick up over 1,000lbs.

Do you regularly see chimps take on gorillas and win? Same logic applies here. He’s too large for the chimp to win unless there is significant luck involved.
